Love this little boutique hotel! The staff is warm and helpful, and the decor is lovely. Loved the cozy breakfast they provide in the morning. The area around the hotel is great too, with plenty of restaurants and cafés within walking distance. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds, and the AC works perfectly. I would definitely stay again!

We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend, and we’re so glad we did. The owner responds quickly to messages and is very helpful. The entire hotel looks neat and welcoming, with plenty of space to relax by one of the pools. Our room was clean and spacious, with a large bathroom and a lovely balcony. There are lots of nice restaurants, bars, and bike rental spots within walking distance of the hotel. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend it!

We loved our stay here . Staff were so kind and helpful and Deigo did his best to accommodate all our many questions for suggestions. There were initial problems with hot water and our rooms being ready but all efforts was made to resolve. The hotel is relaxed, stunning decor and the location is perfect . We would highly recommend it and work return without a doubt .

Very mixed experience and there is huge potential - it could be perfect! Hopefully this factual review is useful to others. Upon arrival at mid afternoon, around check in time, the front door was shut and needed a code to open. We didn't have the code. After about 5 minutes someone arrived to let us in. For a hotel this felt odd. If you arrived in the evening there are no staff to be seen. There is hot and cold water and tea and coffee available throughout the day/night. There is also a small kitchenette for shared use. It wasn't always that clean but usable. Our room was clean, with a large comfy bed, with a safe and fridge. It was cleaned each day but for 3 days we had no hot water. There were no staff around to inform when we returned to our room after a day out! Each night there is loud music from the empty bar across the road. One night this was still audible at 2am! The hotel can't help this but it is frustrating. The free bikes advertised on booking.com etc no longer exist. We had to pay £60 to hire bikes locally for 4 days. This was an extra cost we thought was included with the hotel charge. You really need a bike, car or scooter to get to the beaches, ruins, cenotes or most of the town. The 3 pools are nice but only 1 is really a pool. The others are more decorative and we didnt see anyone using them. Pool towels are not available and just 1 towel was in the room (per person), and not replaced. There is a hot tub but it was empty and didn't look like it had been used for sone time. There is nice seating and beds by the main pool. The breakfast is supposed to be served from 8.30-12 (which already felt late?) but on 2 mornings it wasn't ready before 9-9.30. There is bread, jams, cereal (3 very sugary kids options, and one granola), yogurt, milk and fruit. There is no vegan milk option, we had to buy our own despite advance notification. It is fairly basic but okay. The decor and communal areas of the hotel are nice. Although 2 nights we returned to find everything in the shared seating area in darkness, and had to try and figure out where the lights were! The young man works very hard and seems to do everything from breakfast, to pool boy to construction (they're opening treatment rooms soon). He's often the only member of staff around. We really appreciated our late check out. Overall okay but the owner needs to invest in more staff so there's aproper reception, more consistent and standard breakfast times, and have what's advertised available (bikes!), or don't advertise these facilities to guests.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Such a cute hotel with a real Tulum vibe! Everything was super clean, and the location is absolutely perfect — walking distance to all the best cafes and restaurants. The hotel has three beautiful pools where you can totally feel that relaxing Tulum energy. The rooms are spotless, and the staff, especially Diego, is extremely helpful and kind. He’s always there to assist with anything you need. I’d easily rate this place a 10 out of 10 — great price, perfect location, beautiful design, and super clean! Highly recommend!
